This role is primarily responsible for the implementation and configuration of Calero products and services. In addition to performing implementation tasks, the Technical Solutions Consultant II is the technical services point of contact on an implementation project team, and collaborates with other implementation team members both inside and outside the technical services organization to ensure all implementation activities are complete. Further, you will work closely with our Service Delivery Managers, Project Managers and our end customers on implementation upgrades, being the primary contact for all technical services deliverables. Finally, you will take the lead on Level 2 support cases where your extensive technical expertise and experience will be required in order to solve problems and/or issues.
Successful candidates should be able to perform detailed requirements gathering and analysis through the use of technical project management. It is preferred that you possess at least 3 years' experience with Calero products/services or similar software.
Other skills required include:
- an understanding of relational database concepts
- ability to solve customer problems using the TEM business model
- experience in technologies such as MicroSoft SQL Server, Excel, Web technologies and Windows Server
- exceptional written and verbal communicaiton skills
