Job Description:

Job Summary: 

The Wireless Analyst provides account level support to clients surrounding their mobility program with a focus on cost reduction and process improvement using Calero software.  This role will be responsible for all carrier data analysis, invoice audit, and optimization.  The Analyst will work directly with clients on reviewing and implementing recommendations and educate them on best practices related to mobility management. 


Duties and Responsibilities of the job:

  • Maintains close working relationship with client contacts
  • Prepares and presents wireless audits, optimizations, and general analyses on a time basis
  • Analyzes contracts, inventories, invoice trends and details to identify cost savings
  • Compiles inventory of clients’ wireless devices
  • Provides ongoing training and support for the Calero platform
  • Work with client to maintain their corporate structure in the Calero platform
  • Works with wireless carriers to implement and validate changes and resolve issues
  • Prepares savings reports for clients
  • Oversees procurement and service request-related activities
  • Prepares ad hoc reports as requested by clients
  • Provides GL and/or chargeback reports to clients



  • Bachelors’ Degree
  • 3-5 years’ previous related work experience

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common financial reports and legal documents

Technical Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internet software
  • Working knowledge of Access and PowerPoint is required
  • Familiarity with wireless services and billing
