Job Summary:

The Expense Analyst-Wireless provides quality control services for billing optimizations and preparation of data for client monthly and quarterly reviews. This role will also be responsible for all carrier data analysis, optimization and presentation of financial management reviews for all managed clients. The Analyst will work directly with clients on reviewing and implementing recommendations.

Duties and Responsibilities of the job:

  • Prepares and presents all wireless audits, optimizations and general analyses on a timely basis
  • Prepares Quarterly Business Review (QBR) data and presents to client in standard PowerPoint template format
  • Analyzes contracts, inventories, invoice trends and details to identify cost savings
  • Compiles inventory of clients’ wireless devices
  • Maintains active relationship with Service Delivery Manager (SDM) and other support personnel to ensure quality analysis of client carrier data
  • Works with telecommunications vendors to implement changes and resolve issues
  • Maintains a variety of databases
  • Tracks data for benchmarking on a variety of data points


  • Bachelors’ Degree
  • Two to four years’ previous related work experience

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common financial reports and legal documents
  • Able to respond to common inquiries and address client concerns

  • Effectively present information to top management
  • Experience with international mobility a plus

Technical Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internet software
  • Working knowledge of Access and PowerPoint is required
  • Familiarity with wireless services and billing
